About Us

Outside of the Board of Directors, and other contracted professional staff utilized by AMBBA, the State’s Department of Revenue, Treasury Division fulfills administrative and management responsibilities with the personnel below:

RYAN WILLIAMS

Executive Director & Treasurer

Mr. Williams, who also serves as State Debt Manager and Investment OƯicer in the DOR – Treasury Division, was appointed Executive Director and Treasurer and Secretary of the Bond Bank in December 2022. Mr. Williams previously served as Finance Director of the Bond Bank. Mr. Williams has worked for the DOR and the Bond Bank since 2009 and 2012, respectively. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, with a concentration in International Business. He has served as a board member and president of the Alaska Government Finance Officers Association

Anton Rieselbach

Finance Director & Deputy Treasurer

Mr. Rieselbach also works as a Treasury Analyst in the Department of Revenue, Treasury Division, and has worked for the Department since 2026. Mr. Rieselbach was born and raised in Juneau and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Colorado College.
