Outside of the Board of Directors, and other contracted professional staff utilized by AMBBA, the State’s Department of Revenue, Treasury Division fulfills administrative and management responsibilities with the personnel below:

RYAN WILLIAMS

Executive Director & Treasurer

Mr. Williams is also the Debt Manager for the State of Alaska Department of Revenue, Treasury Division, and has worked for the Department since 2009. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California with a concentration in International Business.
