At its June 2025 meeting, the ARMB reviewed the Department of Law's Memorandum on Eligibility Requirements for Alaska Teachers' and Public Employees' Retiree Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Plan in an effort to offer members clarification on the plan eligibility requirements. 

Following the quarterly meetings, a grammatical issue that had the potential to cause confusion within the memorandum was identified. ARMB Legal Counsel, notified the Board of the issue at the September 2025 meeting, and all posted versions of the memo have been updated.
