The Department of Revenue, Treasury Division is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to serve as project consultant on the State’s participation in the development of the Knik Arm Crossing Project connecting the Municipality of Anchorage and the Mat-Su Borough. Consulting services shall include collaboration with other State advisors and reviewing, preparing and advising on recommended financing structures for the State’s participation in the crossing project.

Proposals must be received no later than 3 P.M., Alaska Time on July 31, 2013
